ACGT, Inc. maintains strict confidentiality with clients and will not release a client’s test results to a third party without a written request from that client. ACGT, Inc. services provide species identification in samples provided by clients and makes every effort to provide accurate analysis. ACGT, Inc. shall not be held liable for test errors, whether they result from errors on the part of ACGT, Inc. or the client. ACGT, Inc. shall not be responsible for injury or damages resulting from the use or misuse of information provided to clients. ACGT, Inc. shall not be held liable for disputes between clients and third parties with respect to species identities.
